NHS IM&T Security Manual

This manual gives 'good practice guidelines' on the security of information systems - all NHS organisations should review their security arrangements and have implemented any necessary remedial action by November 1996. A series of seminars has been set up to consider the key issues, and further information about them can be obtained by phoning the Security and Data Protection Programme, tel 0121 625 1997. A briefing paper is also available from the same source.
