GRASP AF

PRIMIS provides the GRASP-AF toolkit free of charge to all practices in England, on behalf of NHS Improvement, to use in the identification of stroke risk in Atrial Fibrillation (AF) patients. Access to GRASP AF is via a login to the PRIMIS Hub, available by registering for basic membership. Find out more about GRASP AF in the Information section.
