Health Protection Agency (HPA) Influenza Uptake Survey

PRIMIS provides CHART queries for the annual HPA Influenza Uptake Survey. The HPA Influenza Uptake Survey library allows the practice to upload their results to PRIMIS, rather than entering the data manually. The data is then uploaded to the ImmForm website at the end of each collection window.
