Atrial Fibrillation Case Finder

This query set aims to help practices identify patients who have possible or probable Atrial Fibrillation (AF). By identifying these patients further investigation can then take place to determine whether the patient has a missing diagnosis of AF. This will subsequently improve the accuracy of the practice AF disease register. This new query set can be used as a precursor to the GRASP AF query set which examines the care of patients who have AF.
