CHART Online

CHART Online works in conjunction with the CHART software tool from PRIMIS. CHART permits easy and secure uploading of GP practice summary data to CHART Online, which then allows the practice and authorised PCT staff to compare the data against national and local peer sets. CHART Online has a variety of comparative viewing options available:

  • overall practice position
  • progress of data quality improvement over time
  • position against national or local peers

By clicking on specific areas in the displayed data, it is possible to drill down from national level to individual practice level.

CHART Online is available to members of the PRIMIS Hub membership scheme. Currently CHART Online contains data on:

  • Data Quality
  • Data Quality for Commissioning
  • GRASP suite
  • Heroin misuse
  • IM&T DES
  • Myocardial Infarction and Acute Coronary Syndrome
