CHART

CHART (Care and Health Analysis in Real Time) is a software tool designed by GPs for GPs that works in conjunction with CHART Online. CHART helps GPs improve patient care by analysing the data held on their clinical computer systems. It is available for free to all members of the PRIMIS Hub membership scheme. The CHART query libraries available to you will depend on your level of membership: free basic membership, or full membership on a subscription basis. Using CHART, practices can use pre-written MIQUEST searches that will run on their clinical system’s MIQUEST interpreter. They can then load the results into CHART and view their data in a variety of easy-to-read graphs and tables. A key feature of CHART is that, through the use of filters, users can see multiple factors for a patient together at one time, and on one screen.
