Enthusiastic response to PRIMIS Hub |
|
More than 1,500 people are signed up for membership of the PRIMIS Hub even before the scheme starts this week. The Hub has generated considerable interest from a wide range of staff working in primary care including GPs, practice managers, information facilitators and others with an interest in primary care IT. Over 1,000 are set to become basic members of the Hub as soon as it is launched, taking advantage of the offer of free membership at entry level. In addition, there are already 440 full members of the Hub who will have unlimited access to all PRIMIS products and services, including the new Data Quality for Commissioning query set which is being released in June.
Everyone who has registered for the PRIMIS Hub will, during the course of this week, receive an email telling them how to activate their membership. It is important to follow the instructions to complete the registration process and set up log-in credentials.
PRIMIS expects a surge in interest once the Hub is launched and encourages anyone interested in full membership to contact PRIMIS as soon as possible to discuss the options available, including the possibility of PRIMIS helping them to stage a promotional event in their locality. You can download a flyer with more information about the Hub and other PRIMIS services.
